Celebrating the Artistic Wonders of Don Jalbert at Parker River National Wildlife Refuge

We are thrilled to announce Don Jalbert as the Artist of the Month for August 2024 at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. From August 1st to August 29th, Don’s captivating work will be on display, bringing the vibrant beauty of nature into our auditorium.

With a stunning collection of twenty-seven canvases, Don Jalbert’s painting exhibition promises to fill the visitor center with color, natural beauty, and the wonders of the world just outside our doors. Each piece reflects his deep appreciation for the environment and his ability to capture the essence of wildlife and landscapes in his art.

Don Jalbert is an award-winning artist whose journey began with studies at Springfield College, Salem State College, and the Massachusetts College of Art. His artistic talent is complemented by a degree in business administration from Eastern Nazarene College. Don’s passion for education and coaching is evident in his extensive resume, which includes teaching at Central Catholic High School and over 30 years of coaching football and field hockey.

Living and working in Epping, NH, with his wife of over 40 years and their three dogs, Don continues to inspire others with his artistic vision and dedication to capturing the beauty of the natural world.
