The Friends of Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, Inc. is an independent, all-volunteer, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. We are dedicated to supporting the primary purposes for which the Refuge was established:

• Sanctuary for Migratory Birds: Protecting critical habitats for migratory birds and providing a safe haven for them to thrive.
• Conservation of Natural Resources: Safeguarding the rich biodiversity and natural resources of the Refuge.
• Protection of Endangered Species: Supporting the conservation of endangered or threatened species that call the Refuge home.
• Wildlife-Oriented Recreation: Promoting responsible wildlife observation and recreation that does not interfere with the Refuge’s primary conservation goals.
