Join Us for an Inspiring Free Event: “Return to the Sky –  “Restoring the Bald Eagle” by Tina Morris

The Friends of Parker River National Wildlife Refuge invites you to an extraordinary lecture and book signing event featuring Tina Morris, a trailblazer in raptor reintroduction.

About the Lecture 

Tina Morris, one of the first women to lead a raptor reintroduction program, will share her captivating journey in Return to the Sky – Restoring the Bald Eagle. Her story, rooted in the spring of 1975, chronicles the challenges and triumphs of bringing bald eagles back to New York State and ultimately contributing to their restoration across eastern North America.

Tina’s experience is not only a tale of ecological impact but also a profound personal journey of growth and resilience. This is a unique opportunity to hear from an accomplished ornithologist and passionate advocate for wildlife conservation.
