On behalf of the Board of Directors of Friends of Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, Inc., I am pleased to invite you to participate in the 2018 Annual Meeting of the corporation on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 10:00AM to be held in the Visitor Center Auditorium at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge at 6 Plum Island Turnpike, Newburyport, MA 01950.

NOTE: If the government shutdown occurs this weekend, this meeting will be moved across the street to the Mass Audubon Joppa Flats Education Center.

This is a very important meeting for Friends,  as we plan to continue and increase the level of support that Friends provides to the Refuge and the growth of our Friends organization.  This meeting will include a vote by members on two amendments to the bylaws of the corporation, reviews of 2017 activities and finances, an update on the Refuge by Bill Peterson, Refuge Manager, the election of a new Board of Directors by members and the election of new Officers (President, Vice President(s), Treasurer, and Secretary) by the 2018 Board of Directors.
